Open command prompt

Type cd\ to move into the root

Now type the following command and press enter after each line

netsh interface tcp set global autotuning=disabled

netsh interface tcp set global chimney=disabled

netsh interface tcp set global rss=disabled

Now restart your PC to take effect these changes on your system

If you want to go back to the default do these:

netsh interface tcp set global autotuning=enabled

netsh interface tcp set global chimney=enabled

netsh interface tcp set global rss=enabled
